The sAInce.io Smart IIoT controller has 3 RS485 busses which can be configured as Connect-And-Play busses. Each Connect-And-Play bus allow to connect 247 devices. Each bus includes 24 V DC power capable to deliver 2500 mA.
Any read/write Modbus RTU device like PLCs, modbus driven equipment etc. can be connected to the Connect-And-Play box.
Since there is no analog signal transmission outside the sensor, in place calibration is not required. When a sensor is due for calibration, it can be simply replaced by a calibrated sensor and calibration can be performed in a remote lab.
