IIoT Guard is a set of monitoring services that run on our edge devices, the Smart IIoT Controller and IIoT AI Controller

These services continuously monitor the health of our edge devices and the health of all micro services running on our devices.

We monitor usage of CPU and GPU, RAM, disk space and I/O for our edge devices.
In addition we monitor the CPU and memory usages of our micro services, number of threads etc.

Although not visible to our users, all these data are pushed to the cloud in a high performant timeseries database so we can monitor continuously the health state of our edge devices and create alerts if any threshold is reached. This ensures our support team can take appropriate action in the unlikely case some resources should fail.

At the same time we can apply our own IIoT Analytics algorithms to check for anomalies and apply predictive maintenance.

IIoT Verse must be available 24/7. That's why we monitor our own devices. So you can take a day off and have peace of mind.
